As warnings about food shortages and now Christmas toy shortages increase, many people are considering starting their Christmas shopping now.

There are predictions of toy shortages due to a shortage of truck drivers in the UK and Covid restrictions in countries where toys are made like China.

To help parents with their first Christmas shopping at a popular supermarket, Asda launched its Big Toy Rollback, well before Christmas.

By slashing the prices of many of their best-selling toys and beloved brands like Disney, Paw Patrol, and Lego, the supermarket is making this offer both online and in-store.

The offer ends Sunday, September 26, and on the website you can shop by age or brand to help you navigate the 150+ toys available online.

There are more deals available in stores meaning shoppers can start Christmas shopping early during their weekly store and many offers have price cuts of ten pounds or more.

You can get almost £ 10 off Lego sets, £ 10 off a wooden dollhouse and kitchen, and £ 10 off Playmobil toys.

Other offers include almost £ 14 off a Peppa Pig dressing table, over £ 6 off Toot-Toot Drivers toys, and £ 18 off Fisher-Price products.

There are currently also many warnings regarding food shortages over Christmas, including Pigs in blankets, prosecco and wine , and Brussels sprouts.

Asda’s Big Toy RollBack is underway and will end on Sunday, September 26.
