ADA, the region’s first integrated end-to-end e-commerce practice, acquires the e-commerce arm of SingPost.

This agreement, which includes the unit’s assets and personnel, will further strengthen ADA’s e-commerce capabilities in technology and enablement, providing its customers with fully integrated services in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia , Thailand, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam and South Korea.

ADA’s e-commerce practice has grown rapidly, and the acquisition further accelerates ADA’s expansion plans by providing end-to-end e-commerce technology, solutions and services in the region. The agreement gives ADA a competitive advantage in the following areas:

– CAPACITY: Strengthens ADA’s presence in the e-commerce technology space with customer case studies and thought leadership white papers.

– CLIENT PORTFOLIO: Adds renowned clients such as Landmark Group SEA, Max Fashion SEA, Babyshop SEA, ANTA, HLA and Timberland to its illustrious client list.

– TALENT: Develops e-commerce specialists and leaders across functions, growing ADA’s e-commerce headcount to over 300 in key markets.

– INTEGRATED SERVICES: offers a full range of services from integrated media, creation and analysis to e-commerce technologies and solutions.

Through this acquisition, ADA will seek to deepen its strategic partnership with the SingPost group in distribution and logistics through Asamong others.
