PURA focuses on hemp; USMJ expands cannabis e-commerce and PJET is doing something completely new

DALLAS, September 30, 2021 / PRNewswire / – ACI Conglomerated, the majority shareholder of North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. (USOTC: USMJ), Puration, Inc. (USOTC: PURA) and Priority Aviation, Inc. (USOTC: PJET), presented today hui its plans to refocus and diversify its global strategy with the three companies.

ACI has been and continues to execute a series of transactions to update its overall business strategy in line with developments in the cannabis industry.

ACI supports PURA in executing its updated Farmersville hemp brand strategy, and also supports USMJ in executing its e-commerce strategy for the cannabis industry.

ACI, in an effort to diversify, is working on the development of a new business initiative outside the cannabis sector for PJET. PJET’s new opportunity is progressing at a steady pace and an announcement is expected shortly on its new business initiative.
