For customers needing repairs, the booking window includes a list of frequently reported issues (such as no cooling, thermostat issues, system water leak, etc.) as well as an option to upload photos or a short video illustrating the problem. From there, clients provide their contact details, schedule and confirm their appointment.

Products can be sorted in different ways: by brand, model, nominal size and more, to ensure that customers make an accurate selection. Shipping is free within the continental United States.
Customers can order air filter products – sold individually or in multipacks – and have the items shipped directly to their home. They can even choose automatic delivery and receive products on a recurring basis; they just need to select the frequency when ordering.
