Yotpo Ecommerce Marketing Platform Unveils New Partner Portal

Yotpo, one of the leading ecommerce marketing platforms, has announced the launch of a new partner portal. Developed in-house by Yotpo engineers, the Partner Portal is designed to make it as simple and easy for supplier partners to collaborate with Yotpo on new e-commerce deployments for mutual brand customers as possible.

Yotpo expanded its Partner Portal as demand for B2B e-commerce products and services increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of this, the Yotpo partner community, which includes agencies, systems integrators and technology companies, has grown significantly over the past 12 months:

  • Yotpo’s partners now extend across the globe, including the United States, Europe, Australia, Israel and Japan
  • Globally, the number of active partners increased by 68%
  • In the UK, the number of active partners increased by 63%
  • In the United States, the number of active partners increased by 70%
  • In Australia, the number of active partners increased by 700%, with more than 70 new partners integrated in the previous quarter

“Yotpo is honored to be able to work with incredible partners in the e-commerce industry, enabling the creation and acceleration of online businesses for brands of different sizes, all over the world. That’s why we developed the Partner Portal, to provide a foundation and a scalable infrastructure for other e-commerce providers to “go enterprise” to serve common customers more quickly and transparently. Now is the time to enable as many entrepreneurs and brands as possible to capitalize on the growing opportunity of global e-commerce, ”said John-David Klausner, Vice President of Partnerships at Yotpo.

Currently open to partner agencies to begin with, the Partner Portal is designed to allow partners to easily manage their partnership with Yotpo in one place. Like a loyalty program, the Partner Portal features include: visibility into the status of the partnership and progress towards reaching the next level of partner; a one-click referral process; centralized access to services; a complete library of educational and accreditation material; and more features to come.

Yotpo’s partner program continues to evolve based on the needs of the partner ecosystem. As a partner-driven program, this investment in a portal is a significant development for the program and has been designed based on input and priorities from the partner community.
